Clinical review standards
This page describes the review process to be implemented; it does not mean existing pages have already been clinically reviewed. Before using a “medically reviewed” label, a qualified healthcare professional should review factual accuracy, risk language, clinical guidance, references and the date of review.
Reviewer identification
Publish only verified names, qualifications, appropriate registration details and relevant expertise, with the reviewer’s permission. State the scope of review and the date accurately.
Limitations
Clinical review improves accuracy but does not turn a general article into personal medical advice or guarantee that guidance is suitable for every individual. Seek qualified care for personal symptoms or decisions.
